These terms cover your use of the Weather the Storm marketing site at weatherthestorm.app. The app itself will have its own terms when it launches.
The waitlist is not a purchase
Joining the waitlist doesn't obligate you to anything, and it doesn't obligate us to launch on any particular date or at any particular price. If plans change, we'll say so honestly.
Acceptable use
Please don't sign someone else up without their consent, don't submit false information, don't try to disrupt the site or its underlying services, and don't scrape the pages. We reserve the right to remove any address from the waitlist at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content, code, logo, and design of this site belong to Weather the Storm. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote reasonable excerpts (please tell people where they came from).
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability or that everything on it is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weather the Storm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Termination
You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will reflect the current version. Material changes will be summarized in an email to confirmed waitlist subscribers.
